Wow! This is pretty damn bold (or stupid). 
These are from a series of pics that have been around a while, featuring a young woman going around naked in public all over the place. This was shot in California, where the law is probably not as strict as it is in the bible belt. But it's still pretty brazen for the United States! In the pic below, apparently this chick is about to land herself in some trouble- unless she can talk her way out of it.
